Our aims  

The intent of our curriculum for art is to cultivate a lifelong passion for creating art while encouraging and developing their ability to share and communicate ideas, emotions, and opinions effectively.   

We believe art education should be a vibrant journey that sparks imagination and builds essential skills. Our program is designed to:  

• Foster Creativity: Encourage children to freely explore their imagination and express themselves through a wide range of artistic mediums.  
• Develop Core Skills: Equip children with a growing mastery of drawing, painting, and sculpture through a carefully structured curriculum that builds on their knowledge year after year.  
• Cultivate Art Appreciation: Introduce children to exceptional artistic works from diverse cultures and historical periods, fostering a deep understanding and respect for art's rich heritage.  
• Sharpen Critical Thinking: Teach children to thoughtfully analyze and evaluate creative works, empowering them to articulate their ideas and feelings about art, both their own and others'.  
• Integrate Learning: Connect art with other subjects, demonstrating its relevance and reinforcing understanding across the broader curriculum.
